The Bioengineering Department at University of Illinois at Chicago seeks a qualified individual for a newly available Postdoctoral Fellow position in the laboratory of Professor James Lee.

A Postdoctoral position is available to characterize single proteins and cell mechanics using modern optical microscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Experience with cell culture and fluorescence microscopy is required. Experience with AFM will be very helpful. This NIH supported position is a one year appointment, with the possibility of a second or third year extension.
